TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Check in time is from 11h00 until 16h00. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-in after 21h00 will incur a surcharge of R20.00. Please have your room vacated by 10h00 on day of departure.
- Booking will automatically be cancelled if deposit (50% of total cost) is not received 10 days prior to arrival.
- The deposit confirms your booking and the outstanding cost must be paid within 5 days of commencement of stay.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’.
- If booking is made within 5 days of commencement of stay, the entire accommodation cost must be paid.
- No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
- All buildings are smoke free zones.
- Please note this is a residential area; please keep noise levels to a minimal after 22h00.
- No pets allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit * From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
* From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit * From 21 to 29 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
* 30 days or more, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
